Marie Hegarty, B.A.

Marie was awarded an honours B.A. degree from University College Dublin. She is the principal and founder of Hegarty & Co. and has been qualified and practising as a Solicitor in excess of thirty years. Marie practices in all areas of law with emphasis on commercial and private conveyancing, probate and wills, all areas of litigation. Marie is also a Commissioner for Oaths.

Ellen Hegarty, B.C.L,L.L.M.(Commercial Law)

Ellen Hegarty graduated with an honours degree in law from University College Dublin. She also has a masters degree in commercial law. Ellen is the daughter of the principal of the firm, Marie Hegarty. Ellen practices in the area of conveyancing, both commercial and residential, family law, probate, wills and employment law, as well as all aspects of commercial law.
